Service Delivery Policy

1. Order processing

• In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Made-to-order pieces are produced in 7–21 business days depending on the designer and garment; the estimate is shown on the product page.

2. Shipping timelines

• Ghana: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of Africa: 5–10 business days.
• Europe, UK and North America: 5–12 business days.
• Rest of world: 7–15 business days.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

3. Digital services

Designer subscriptions and storefront features are activated immediately after successful payment, and remain available for the paid billing period.

4. Tracking

You receive an email with tracking details when the designer marks your order as shipped. Order status is also visible in your account.

5. Duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are payable by the recipient and are not included in the checkout total unless stated.

6. Failed or delayed delivery

If a parcel is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at additional cost. If an order is significantly delayed beyond the stated window, contact support@afrifabric.com or call +233 55 712 1498 and we will investigate or refund.
