1. Who we are

AfriFabric, a subsidiary of YiwSAMA Technologies is the data controller for personal data collected through afrifabric.com. Our office is at Madina, Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, role and profile details.
• Order data: delivery address, phone number, measurements and order history.
• Designer data: business details and verification documents.
• Usage data: pages and products viewed, cart and checkout events, device information.

Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Paystack, not by us.

3. How we use data

To create and secure accounts, process and deliver orders, provide designer analytics, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, and improve the platform. We send service emails (order and verification updates) and marketing emails only where permitted.

4. Sharing

We share order details with the designer fulfilling your order, and with processors such as Paystack (payments), our hosting and database provider, email delivery providers and shipping partners. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention and security

Data is retained for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required for legal and accounting purposes. Access is protected with encryption in transit, row-level database access controls and restricted storage for verification documents.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, or object to marketing, by emailing support@afrifabric.com. You can also edit most details from your account profile.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for sign-in sessions and your cart, plus limited analytics to understand product performance.
